CNC carbon fiber cutting
We cut carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) plates with a precision CNC machine in Tartu, Estonia. The service covers everything from single prototype parts to small production runs — for engineering teams, product developers and designers where carbon components are structurally critical.
Unlike a standard cutting bureau, our team understands how composite materials behave under load. If you have questions about fiber orientation, thickness selection or fastening methods, we can help — technical consultation is included at no extra charge.

What file formats do you accept?
We accept DXF, STEP, DWG, PDF and vector drawings. No drawing yet? Send a sketch or description — we can create the CAD model for you.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum order. We cut everything from single prototype parts to small production runs.
What plate thicknesses can you cut?
Standard thicknesses from 0.5 to 6 mm are kept in stock. Other thicknesses up to 8 mm are available on request — specify in your inquiry.
Can I buy carbon fiber sheet without cutting?
Yes — material sales without a cutting service are available. Let us know the thickness, dimensions and quantity you need.
How fast can I get the first prototype?
We send a quote within 48 hours. Simple single parts are often ready within 2–3 working days after order confirmation. Larger run timelines are confirmed per order.
Do you ship outside Estonia?
Yes — we ship across Estonia and to the rest of the EU via standard parcel carriers. Tartu has good logistics connections for fast EU delivery.
